Canon iR c3220 problem code E00000 0211 HELP!

hi . be sure there is no paper jam inside the machine . turn off and on if problem persist maybe some of the flag sensors maybe stuck.

Probably one of the sensors on the papers way through the machine is out of position,or not working

This is just a shot in the dark, but if there is no "reset" button, you might try unplugging it for a couple of minutes and it should reset itself to factory default settings. Just a guess. If you have an owners manual, I would check there to find how to solve the problem. You might want to enter the "menu" if there is one, and discover whether you can solve the problem there. If you don't have an owner's manual, you might be able to find one at the printer manufacturer's website in the support section.

Although the yellow drum is indicated, in the link above, please note it may not be the yellow drum if instead it is the:"laser shutter or the plastic actuator on the right side of the front door."

the hot place you are cleaning would be the fuser.

are you using a heavier paper than normal? does the photocopier know you are using heavier paper?

This is HDD related problem, try : turn off copier pres 1 and 9 (hold it ) then turn on the copier. That initalizes the hdd defragmentation. if does not help, you need to change the hdd and "fill" it with system software.

12 x 18 is the largest size paper that can be used on this copier. If anything larger is used the machine will jam. The copier uses a series of paper sensors to track and time the paper throughout the printing process. The max is 18 inches anything over that cuase the machine to jam.

there is a black switch knocked out of it's holder.

I am Sunil choudhary resident in Junnardeo dist. Chhindwara, My machine canon ir 2200 b&w machine -Miner problem paper jam-some move paper & right side jam paper & jam indicator show

Check to see if the EJECT SWITCH is hung up or out of it's holder.
