There is power to unit because when I hit the lock button it beeps. Also the red light for the glass cleaning liquid compartment is lit. What seems to be the solution? Can you see a small lock inside the display panel??? the control may be locked. another issue might be a broken heater plate, not a very home owner freindly part to change( heater plate has a fuse inline that would kill power to function

NO POWER NO LIGHTS, WHAT TO DO?

In either drawer? this seeems unlikely, i would check incoming electrical supply, these units are plugged in ( not hard wired) generally either under the sink or the unit itself( also look for a possible tripped GFCI breaker nearby

Fisher paykel cross draining

As the drawers share a common outlet to the kitchen sink drain, it is the drain water from bottom drawer going to top drawer. Can happen if the drain hoses are not following the correct specifications for installation. An air gap kit is available to solve the problems.

Haveing a u3 code on my top draw of my fisher & paykel any help on this

First have the unit turned off. Then open up the drawer that,s giving you trouble.
The badge ought to be lit.
Now simultaneously press the static touch pads on each end of the led status lites (the ones on the drawer top?) (Cycle Select, and Eco-sensor pads)
Hold them for about 5 seconds. Now If you have a metal front machine, the badge display will either show HP or LP. Assuming you have normal water pressure about 50 - 70 psi you want to select the HP setting.
Do that by pressing the start button till you get what you want, then press power off to lock the setting in.

The dishwasher top drawer is leaking all over the floor during the cycle. When the top drawer is running, It fills up the the bottom of bottom drawer with water also and then neither drawer drains...

Fisher and Paykel design a air gap kit to prevent the water back flowing to the other while one is running. it really works and worth of your money. You need to change the lid seal and a pair of actuators from the top drawer. Because of the leak then the floor switch activated not allowing a complete cycle. Need to dry out the wetness from the bottom housing of both top and lower drawers by pulling the tubes out and accessing from the left side with small tower until it completely dry. I have a Fisher Paykel dishwasher with water in top drawer

You need a Air gap kit designed by Fisher and Paykel to address this problem. It is pricey but it is worthy. I used this and very happy with it since no back flow problem from one while other running. Here is a link to order it.http://www.fisherpaykelparts.net/product/WT50/WT50-Dual-Air-Gap-Kit/

Won't begin the wash cycle, just continuously drains and fills.

Have you tried pulling out the motor rotor and checking for anything stuck under it? try swapping it with the other drawer. If it still won't go you need to swap over the motor controllers between the two drawers if the fault moves you need a new Motor controller module. Cheers

None use for 7 days

I have a fisher paykel dd603 dishwasher. If I select the normal wash setting on the top drawer, it posts the time in the lcd screen as 56 mins. The unit will wash as usual until it reaches the 28 min mark. At this point it will stay on 28 mins and continue to run, but it won't rinse or empty the drawer of water. Also it never counts down below the 28 min mark. It has flashed a F4 and F1 code. I've cleared them both, and checked to make sure that no water is standing on the bottom of the unit, and that the heating element is working. I should mention that the top drawer did overflow about two weeks ago, and that I did clean up the water. I don't know where to look from here. Any suggestions?
