The video is for a Bizhub C203 machine but maybe it will work for the Bizhub C35 machine.

You didn't say what make of printer it is. Error codes vary from printer make to printer make. Your best bet is to do a Google search for ERROR CODE 0310 NAME (NAME=name of printer).

The counter data on one card does not match counter data on a different board did some one try to reset the counters to make the machine newer???? Need to get tech out to try and rewrite the firmware,

Might require having the firmware up graded get a konicaminolta tech out to up grade the firm ware from a secure konicaminolta web site.
