I have the same issue and seems to be related to the humidity which will give a CTD Sensor Error # of 092-310 and the ERROR CODE # 00002000 .I resolved this with a Dehumidifer set to 45 % to remove the water out off the air which is in the room my 6128MFP was in . It takes some time but you must keep the side door and the front Panal Door cracked open to help draw air from inside the Printer. Also unplug the printer before you power back up.

We have Fuji Zerox with is saying CTD sensor error

What is CTD sensor on Fuji Xerox?
The Color Toner Density (CTD) Sensors measure the optical density of Toner deposited on the Marking Unit during the calibration cycles of the printing process. One sensor is located at each side of the Marking Unit to insure that the density of the Toner is consistent across the belt.

Phaser 6128 mfp error sensor ctd

Open up the side panel that houses the toner cartridges. One by one pull out the toner cartridges, with a clean dry cloth clean off the injection port(?) on the cartridge and the injection port on the printer(this will be just inside the where the cartridge locks in. Sometimes these ports get clogged with toner and need a good cleaning, causing a CTD sensor error. Our 6128mfp does this error all the time and we have not had to purchase the new parts to fix the error.

My printer say ctd sensor error 009-340 how make resolve this problem?

Hi. Easy! Open the front cover and you will see two stickers with red borders in front of you. About 10mm above them is the sensor - dust it with a cotton bud or tissue.
Simples!

I have an orange error light.

If it's not blinking it one of: The PHD (Print Head Device), or belt unit, life is coming to an end. Clean the CTD sensor. Try to clean the CTD sensor with a dry cotton swab. The sensor is located on the front cover (inside).

I had a 'clean the ctd sensor' error. Cleaned it now it prints half the page in watercolors.

I had a clean the ctd sensor problem as well, as a problem with toner that I had ordered. The problem for me was that with Dell, when I called for support, the young lady on the other end of the phone although nice, was difficult to understand, and did not clearly define how you get to the ctd sensor.
After much prayer, (seriously!) I finally figured out how to get to the area I needed. With Dells instructions, I took the fuser out, thinking it was the transfer roller. The fuser is NOT the transfer roller, the transfer roller in the item that you see when you open the front entirely and look straight down. The difference is that the fuser is the first item out and has lift up blue tabs, while the transfer roller has blue tabs on each side that must click into place to hold and position the transfer roller properly. Once you get this out the ctd sensor is easily accessible, and can be cleaned. After, getting the ctd cleaned, and then replacing the bad toner cartridge, my machine once again worked.
