The lamination paper is stuck.
you need to use the carrier (cardboard cover) that the lamination paper comes with.. if you dont use the carrier your plastic will stick to the hot rollers... you will need to take it apart and clean out the plastic.. easy to dow hen it is cold peels off easily... pain in the neck getting it back together as the wires in the front interfere with the front screw post...

Is it possible to reset xerox phaser 6110mfp
The image unit can be reset.
This is done by use of a small program that Xerox certified engineers use. The process is really simple and only takes about 30 secs, if you have access to the program ( I do... :) ) It can also be used to reset transfer belt life etc ....

My xerox phaser has a blank screen and no green
That sounds like one of two things.
Either the ribbon cable to the screen needs reset, you have to remove 4 screws I believe it is, then unplug everything to that assembly, and re plug them back in.
If that does not repair it, then most likely the electronics module has failed. That is quite expensive to replace.

Output tray is full
Hi, there must be an actuator of the output tray sensor.It is placed above paper tray, just in place when paper exit from machine.Try to clean sensor,or to place actuator in proper place-pull it down.Also,maybe is actuator broken.

I have a Xerox Phaser
042-372 K Mode Sol Error
Each color has it's own solenoid. the K solenoid is the one for the black ink. It may be that toner has clogged the sensor on the inside right wall of the printer. Sensor hole is a small opening and K is the first hole. Clean it with a cotton swab and alcohol. clean any loose toner also. If this does not take care of it. The sensor board or the solenoid itself needs to be replaced.
