That is a problem with the fuser and it could be the fuser or it could be the power supply. Xerox is proprietary and you will have to contact them with you wallet in hand to get this repaired.

Switch the power off, remove the HD, switch the power on, wait until machine warming up.

[Cause] During the transfer using SMB of the scan to PC feature, the SMB server could not be found. [Remedy] Take one of the following actions, and try again: Check the following to see if the destination SMB server and the machine are set up properly for network communications: - Check the network cables are plugged in securely. - Check the TCP/IP settings. - Check communications of port 137 (UDP), port 138 (UDP), port 139 (TCP). Check the following to see if the computer correctly works as an SMB server. - Check if the file sharing service for Microsoft Network is activated. - Check if [NetBIOS over TCP/IP] for TCP/IP is activated. - Check if the file sharing service (using communication through port 137 (UDP), port 138 (UDP), and port 139 (TCP)) are authorized for the Firewall settings. For communications which exceed the subnet, check the WINS server settings, and check if the server address can be resolved correctly. For Windows NT 4.0 Server/Workstation, use the following steps to see if the NetBIOS interface device is activated on the destination SMB server: 1. Select [Start] > [Settings] > [Control Panel]. 2. Display [Services], then select [Messenger] service. 3. Select [Startup] > [Auto] > [OK], then select [Close]. 4. Select [Devices] in the [Control Panel], then select [NetBIOS Interface]. 5.   1. Press the Machine Status button, then Tools tab.
  2. Select the General feature, then Feature Installation.
  3. Enter the Feature Key on the Feature Key screen to reset the Administrator credentials to the default values ( admin and 1111).

Black toner dispense fault. Check for obstructions on dispensation of black toner to the developer housing . Then NVM 362-371 if it 3 you must reset it to 0

DADF Communication Fail Transmission cannot be established between the ESS/MCU PWB and the DADF PWB.


1. Turn the power OFF and ON. 2. Turn OFF the power and check the connections between the ESS/MCU PWB J421 and the DADF PWB J751, J752 for open circuits, short circuits, and poor contacts. 3.
