Hello there and thank you for choosing fixya
This is a common problem that often
The first thing to check is the overall internal refrigerator temperature. The proper temperature should be between 35 and 42 degrees. Here are some things to try:
If your refrigerator temperature is closer to 35 degrees, try turning the temperature up slightly. If you find that the temperature varies a lot from the top shelf to the bottom (where it is coldest), try putting produce and other sensitive products on a higher shelf. If the temperature is too low and you can't make it warmer by adjusting the thermostat, you probably have a defective thermostat. If so, you need to replace it, because they cannot be repaired. Other possible problems are a leak in the sealed (refrigerant) system, cold air migration (in side-by-side models) or a defective air damper. These problems can be quite difficult to locate and correct, we recommend you contact a qualified appliance repair technician.

Most dishwashers use an extention pipe from the lower unit that cleans the tops of the lower shelf and the bottom of the upper shelf. Sometimes, the extention pipe is not extended when it should be either because of damage or maybe soap build up. Check to be sure that the extention is free to extend. If it is resistant, a little vegetable oil on it and moving it up and down sometimes will clear up the problem. If not replace the extention.

Broken water line or water heater, from winter freeze. When water is turned on tap water goes under the bunk bed area. Could this be the water heater or a hose in the area. We don't know the layout...

Depends on which tap you're turning ON. If it's cold water tap, it's probably a water line. If it's the hot water tap, it could also be a line. As heaters leak, whether the water tap is ON or NOT. Opening a tap valve doesn't cause the water heater to leak. The main question is, was the water heater's tank drained, before the Winter Freeze, when no one was using it? If it wasn't, there's a good chance the water heater will leak too

Hope this helps you solve the leaking water pipes problem. Please let me know Thanks.

There is a build up of white granular substance in the vents on the bottom. Can't find my manual, but feel pretty sure that this iron said distilled water is not necessary. Now that this happened, is...

Distilled water is not necessary but is recommended as plain tap water in many areas have too much mineral/calcium (the white deposit) that will eventually clog your iron steam vents and container!
You do not need to toss your iron!
To clean the deposit, with iron cold, fill your iron with a 50/50 mixture of clean water and kitchen white vinegar, gently shake the iron, let it stand for say 15 minutes and then turn iron on to a high setting so that you can use shot of steam of cleaning cycle above a kitchen sink. You might need to do this a couple time to remove the inbedded white scale. Wipe the face of the iron with a clean cotton rug as required.
Finally, do the same 'steam' cleaning process with clean water to remove any trace of vinegar which is fairly corrosive.
Instead of the Vinegar mixture, you can also buy an expensive commercial steam iron descaling product from most supermatkets...
Hope the information is useful: let me know how you go. Good luck and be careful as steam against the skin can be pretty painful!

When I turn on the cold water tap in the Bathroom Sink the water comes out in a very slow drip or not at all, the CW bath tap is ok

Confirm that the shut-off valve under the sink is open all the way. If it is, then close it and remove the cold water tap. If this is a single handle tap you will of course have to turn off the hot water shut off under the sink too.
With the tap removed and a bucket and towel handy, open the cold water shutoff just a little bit. If water comes rushing out, the problem is obviously with the tap. You may be able to clean or repair it, or you may have to replace it.
