How to make copy quality in *28* mode in canon ir5050

It is suggested the connections for the waste toner thermistor and the pre-exposure unit were mistakenly switched.

Two possibilities come to mind:
1)
Change a setting in the service mode this might help it has cured a few E002s for me go into service mode *28* >copier>option>body>>> adj fix temp to 4 normally set at 0 is adj from 0>7 ..I had changed fusers for this problem b4 but this cured the error for me ..good luck..
Note: to enter service mode press *, then 2 and 8 simultaneously, then 8.

2)
Other possibility is to just clear memory. Again use *28* as above, then press copier, then function, then clear.

my ir 5050 is not getting on, which board is not working plis help me out...

First off all to go to menu Press star (Additional function) - 28 together and again star Go to Function - Density and increase/ decrease the number. DE - DC- 24 Dev - 15 Off - 128 Den - 7-9 And again There may be a number of reasons for a light copy 1. Drum - change the drum if it is run above 10 - 20000 copies 2. Blade - changing the blade simultaneously to improve the copy quality

1-Load the document face up in the ADF/Tray
2-Enter the copy mode by pressing Copy Button
3-Enter Quality
4-Press Start

If there is text with the photos on the page, set the quality to photo/text mode. If you are copying just photos then set the quality to photo mode.

yes, first change the paper setting button to normal, then you can lower the image quality on copies.

Im not very sure but i think it goes something like this:
Under service mode *28*, and then numeric parameters, under no.41 try to set value on 0 (but emember value before if it isnot that, so that you can enter it back) if that does not help call back and I will check it little beter.
