The error come fixing film error film is move one side or film was tear if any problem you change your film problem ok

Dear
This error arises due to the rotation sensor of the sleeve at fixing assy. The fixing film assy.to be replaced or the film (to minimise the cost)may be replaced if the heater contact points are ok.
If problem still found check the rotation sensor .
