You can reset your system by deleting the vehicle profile from your phone and disabling Bluetooth on your phone. Your vehicle's phone profile needs to be deleted. If you have such an option, disable Bluetooth on your vehicle. You can now pair your phone and the vehicle infotainment system by enabling Bluetooth.

If you have lost the pairing on your phone with the headset follow these simple steps below: • Setting the headset into pairing mode 1) Ensure the headset is fully charged 2) The headset must be switch off 3) Press and hold the on button for +- 8 seconds until the light flashes red-blue 4) The headset is now in pairing mode • Searching for the headset on the phone 1) Go to “settings” or “connections” 2) Select Bluetooth, then options 3) Select Devices and click add 4) The phone should search for any available Bluetooth devices and display what was found 5) Select the Motorola device and click add 6) You will be required to enter in a pass code which is standard ‘0000’. 7) If successful then the headset will start flashing BLUE every few seconds. 8) If it’s a Samsung or Nokia phone you will need to “AUTHORIZE” headset on the device. • The headset is now paired with the phone

1.Explore blue tooth devices from your motorola phone. 2.it will sure find your blue tooth headset. 3. Make sure your blue tooth headset is on 4.in pairing function select your blue tooth headset
blue tooth needs to be turned on from the connectivity section of the phone menu.
Once it is turned on it will pair with any bluetooth device.
PAIRING A BLUETOOTH
Go to connetivity in the menu
then bluetooth and then search and sellect search.
with your bluetooth device from the off status press and hold the power button until indicator lights either flash different colours ( normally red & blue ) or stays a constant colour.
Your device is now sending out a signal for the phone to pick up.
when the phone finds this device it should then ask if you wish to pair with it
select yes
then it will ask for a passcode this is normally 0000 or 1234
then select yes.
this should pair up the two devices.
once they are paired you should only need to turn bluetooth on on the phone and power up the device and they will automatically find each other.
Please don't do this whilst driving as it is extremely dangerous to take your concentration off the road.

follow the steps to get your product paired.
Step A - PUT HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE
Note: To turn off headset
With the headset power off, press and hold
the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the
blue indicator light turns on and remains
steadily lit. (The light will flash while you
hold the Call button.)
If the indicator light is flashing or does not
remain steadily lit, turn off the headset and
repeat step above.
Step B - SET THE PHONE TO LOOK FOR
YOUR HEADSET
Select (Menu) > Settings > Connection >
Bluetooth Link > Handsfree > Look for Devices.
The phone lists all Bluetooth devices it finds.
Select Motorola H350.
Press OK or Yes to pair (link) the handsfree
device.
Enter the passkey 0000 and press OK.
Note: Passkey cannot be changed
from 0000.
When your headset is successfully paired with
your phone, the blue indicator light changes
from steadily lit to flashing.
