Re: im trying to pair my verizon cell phone to my motoral...
If you have lost the pairing on your phone with the headset follow these simple steps below: • Setting the headset into pairing mode 1) Ensure the headset is fully charged 2) The headset must be switch off 3) Press and hold the on button for +- 8 seconds until the light flashes red-blue 4) The headset is now in pairing mode • Searching for the headset on the phone 1) Go to “settings” or “connections” 2) Select Bluetooth, then options 3) Select Devices and click add 4) The phone should search for any available Bluetooth devices and display what was found 5) Select the Motorola device and click add 6) You will be required to enter in a pass code which is standard ‘0000’. 7) If successful then the headset will start flashing BLUE every few seconds. 8) If it’s a Samsung or Nokia phone you will need to “AUTHORIZE” headset on the device. • The headset is now paired with the phone

Hold down the button on your blue tooth until it goes into pairing mode, I work for verizon, it may flash red or blue or stay one color but after your headset is in pairing mode, then pair it with your phone.
You have to go to Verizon, I had the voyager and the S9 headset, the S9 didnt want to pair, so they checked the bluetooth witch was'nt working, so the gave me a new phone right then and their, and it worked fine!
Begin with headset turned off. 1. Press and hold down the call control button
for 8 seconds until the headset status indicator begins to flash blue then red. The headset is now in pairing mode for the next 120 seconds.
2. While the headset is flashing, use the phone menu to search for Bluetooth devices and select "220Plantronics."
3. When prompted for a passkey, enter 0000. Headset will flash blue when paired successfully.
This solution came from Parrot Tech Support and it worked for me:
We were able to get the two to pair using the following steps:
The phone will stay saying pairing, then the parrot will say pairing successful, pull the battery on the phone, when you turn it back on, the phone will display PARROT CK3100 WANTS TO PAIR, ACCEPT? Say YES.
Press and hold the On/Off button until the blue light flashes, then search for your headset.
This is to initiate the headset for pairing, otherwise it hides from other phones to prevent unintended pairing.
