Pl. mention make/ model and where it jammed. if possible the photo of the jammed paper inside the machine. Also mention the total pages printed in A4 and A3 size.
Thanks.
Hello sir; Go make a copy let paper jam again, do not remove the paper, check the jamming paper area see there have any paper chip stuck in the paper path, clear it, otherwise cleanup roller with alcohal.
Does it feed sometimes, and just jams frequently, or every single page? Are you sure the paper size in the tray is set correctly? Otherwise for frequent or constant jams when the paper simply stays in the tray, then the feed rollers are likely worn out.
"No" is the answer to all of those questions, and even if it were "yes", purchasing a good quality refurbished digital machine from a reputable supplier, would still be a far cheaper option than all of that. Not in or around Toronto, are you?
actually u hv not putted ur pblm correctly... paper is jamming in ur machine but fm which tray u r taking paper... n e way ... 1..if paper is comming fm down trays (i.e. 1,2,3,..or4) , try to clean the Pickup rollers of rubber material (at down side to the duplex tray or upside to the each tray) with some water and smooth cloth 2..if paper is comming fm bypass section then ur bypass pickup roller must be cleaned like above, or it must be replaced... ....try this and then also if not solved then place ur question again in detailed..
I have a NP 6025 that is jamming from the letter tray top not multi purpose tray. I cleaned the rollers that did not help. its making a grinding noise (best way to describe it) The paper gets jammed at various stages in the input unit I can open the right door and see the paper. Wondering if anybody has any ideas on how to fix this problem....
