If you see paper stuck in the fuser, do not use anything sharp to remove it, be careful not to scratch the surfaces.

I'm assuming that you're trying to scan to your computer.?? I'm not specifically knowledgeable about the HP M4345 printer.... but, it HAS to have a cable connection. The cable should be one that has a usb connection on one end, and a small kind of rectangular plug on the other that plugs into the back of the printer.. Look on the back of the printer. There has to be a connection, besides the jack for the 110 V.

58.04 error is an Engine Power Supply error.
RM1-1041 is the part number for 110v
RM1-1042 is the part number for 220v.

You will need a tech to swap it out. You have to strip the printer down to get to the part.

Try initalizing the Harddrive if that doesn't work.
Try replacing the scanner controlboard or the DC controller.
Or if the MFP is in a dusty room try cleaning the lenses and mirrors in the scanner unit first
