Get a refrigeration engineer to check the coolant levels.

Your dishwasher probably isn't level front to rear. As for the track problem, there could be a missing stop or some damaged hardware. The racks are supposed to be removable but not on their own.

There are several issues that need to be checked. What mode is the deffroster set to? There are several modes to check. There is a heater coil under the pan to assist in evaporating the water from the condensation tray. If you are in a high humidity area the condensation could be from that. Might be the transformer or the control circuit that pulses the supply to the transformer at various rates depending on the power setting selected. I would suggest you first check the transformer is receiving a good supply before you spend more money. Beware of the transformer secondary that, if it is working, produces a dangerously high voltage (typically 2 - 3000 volts) that is far beyond the capability of most multimeters.

the condenser coils are underneath. the evaporator coils are inside the freezer compartment. usually the back panel.

Probably due to the up/down switch (part # PV300182 - about $80 on most Viking parts websites) on the top right end of the unit having failed which, I understand, is common (also just happened to me). Others have said it is relatively easy to replace, but I would certainly like a detailed procedure to remove/replace this part.

I believe the stove needs an electricity supply. See if there is a switch somewhere in your kitchen or on your fusebox that may be switched off. The stove switch maybe hidden in a cupboard near the stove or even quite away from it.

Possibly blocked drain from evaporator. When fridge goes into reverse cycle ice melts on evaporator and drains to a dish on the motor housing, this evaporates when motor runs. May have a crack in this dish or drain pipe has a hole or not draining into dish.
