SOURCE: Unlocking Oven controls
According to the manufacturer's website you should only need to Press and hold the "Lock" key for 5 seconds. A single tone will sound and the "Loc" will disappear off the display.
This is the link to Whilpool's website and to the manual.

SOURCE: Inglis electric freestanding range model #IRE3230- Oven no longer working
If the oven and the electric panel no longer work, this is an electronic problem. The burners and the oven light will not be effected, nor will the fuses. The electronics card will need to be replaced by an appliance technician.
SOURCE: Viking Range oven door does not close properly
sounds like the door hinges need replaced. order a part #PC020009 qty 2
SOURCE: viking range burners won't light
All of these ranges have a spark module at each burner sight and they all click when ever you attempt to light one burner. Therefore, it can not be assummed that the spark module for those nonworking burners are actually clicking. Remove the burner covers and actually look for the sparks. If there is no spark make sure the connections are nice and tight. IF they are, you most likely need to replace the spark module.
Hello lornalang - Typically "PF" indicates power failure. Once again try reprogramming the range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart unit. If it proves to be ineffective, the range may possibly be experiencing a wiring failure or faulty EOC. Consult a professional to move forward accurately and to assist with the repairs.
Hello steve o - Typically error code F11 indicates a shorted keypad. Try resetting the range by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. This usually will clear most false error codes. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the error code does not clear contact a professional to move forward accurately. Most likely the EOC on the range will need replacing.
Hello arab125 - I understand that the timer and clock works fine, however from what you have described it sounds like the range could possibly have a wiring failure, faulty sensor, or an issue with the EOC. I would suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately.
