It is a Ruud UAKA-024JA2 combination of air conditioner and central heater. The outside air conditioner fan stopped running but buzzed. The capacitor is out of order. Do you have instructions how to locate...

I'm not sure how you determined that the capacitor needs replaced without being able to check it. But the capacitor is the round tube attached inside the box. It will have several wires coming from the top. it sits down in a round hole and is held in place with two screws. Rudd usually (although not always) have gray plastic capacitors. note when you disconnect the capacitor which wires go to herm (that is your compressor) fan and common. Usually the fan is brown and the compressor is yellow or orange. there are usually two wires on the common. Note how many microfarad the capacitor is and replace with same rating. the 5 microfarad side is for the fan. I would however replace the whole capacitor.

We have a GWHD5000, it leaked water all over, my son and I drained it, but could not find where to put water into it? We ran it on fan only for awhile then put it on cool, the back off it heated up so I...

You do not put water into this air conditioner. It uses a special chemical inside of a system of pipes in order to cool.

The unit may get hot on one side, but that is due to how it extracts heat.

The water you experience leaking is condensation. I surmise you live in a humid climate. This is normal. Just watch where the condensation is leaking from.

If you are still having problems and it is not putting out cold or cool air, take it to an air conditioner repair shop or buy a new unit.

Hope this helped!

Thanks!

Intertherm 13 SEER split air conditioner fans wont turn on?

OUTSIDE FAN OR INSIDE FAN OR BOTH. IF BOTH CHECK THERMOSTAT WIRE HOOK UP. IF YOU INSTALLED NEW TSTAT CHECK FOR JUMPER ON RH-RC TERMINALS ON TSTAT BACK PLATE. IF INSIDE FAN COMES ON WITH FAN IN ON SETTING AT FAN ON AUTO LEVER THAN PROBLEM IS AT OUTSIDE UNIT. CHECK FUSES IN BOX ON OUTSIDE WALL. SHUT OFF BREAKER FIRST.

Broken barrel fan

I am not familiar with the Blueway brand but have never seen an air conditioner on which you could not replace the fan.

Is this a split system or a window unit? If a window unit it may not be worth the trouble.

Lous Noise

It could be the blower fan is loose and needs to be tightened. If so, and you're handy, shouldn't be too difficult. Depends on the specific design.
