My Ricoh mp5000 is displaying Please Wait

If your Ricoh MP5000 printer is displaying the "Please Wait" message, it may be due to a problem with the printer or an issue with the print job. Here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:
  1. Restart the printer: Sometimes a simple restart of the printer can fix minor issues. Turn the printer off, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on again.
  2. Check for errors: Check the printer's control panel for any error messages or codes. These messages can help diagnose the problem.
  3. Cancel the print job: If the "Please Wait" message is displayed while a print job is in progress, try canceling the print job. You can do this through the printer's control panel or by using the printer's cancel function on your computer.
  4. Check for paper jams: If the "Please Wait" message is displayed while the printer is attempting to print, there may be a paper jam. Check the printer for any jammed paper and remove it if necessary.
If these steps do not fix the issue, there may be a more serious problem with the printer. In this case, it is recommended to contact Ricoh customer support or a printer repair technician for further assistance.

How do I solve this problem?

you need to reload the printer driver. the proper one for that OS and your network. once that is done the prints will actually print the way they are supposed to. if the driver reload doesn't automatically fix the problem you may need to manually go in through devices and printers and find the printer on the network and install it manually that way too.

Samsung slp 770 incomplrte session by time out

The Samsung CLP 770 produces an 'incomplete session by time out' if you switch off the computer originating the print in the middle of the print job (before the print is finished) OR if the network connection is lost between the computer originating the print and the CLP 770.
The printer may have printed the start of the print job but also recognises that it has not received the end of the print job information. It waits for a good while for the connection to be restored in an attempt to receive the rest of the print job - but if nothing comes then it times out.
The reason for this action is to prevent this situation effectively locking out any other computer on the network from printing while it 'waits' for the end of the print job.

All connections work and icon shows that print is ready but no print

Under your printers and faxes. make sure that the print jobs arent paused. If there is print jobs waiting, try to unpause them if paused. Otherwise remove all the pending print jobs, restart your PC and make sure all the print jobs are cleared. Then give it another go.

How to i clear the queue with jobs waiting to print when the printer says printing but is not printing

Try pressing cancel on the printer first. Then, open the print queue by opening the printers folder, and double-clicking the printer icon for your printer. Try to select the jobs there and cancel them. If that doesn't work, turn off the printer, and wait for the title bar of the print queue to say "use printer offline". If it doesn't change on the title bar of the queue, then select "use printer offline" from the file menu of the print queue. Then try to delete the print job. If this still doesn't work, leave the printer off and reboot the computer, then try to delete the print job again if it is still in the queue. If none of these work, remove and then reinstall the printer as a last resort.

a transfer belt turns the image drum moving the paper if you have a large spool of unfinished print jobs the printer will not reset
unplug the power and, print cable and then after 5 minutes connect the printer while you are waiting check the computer and, remove all waiting print jobs the printer should restart as a "new" printer

Unable to cancel a job

Sounds like the printer spool is frozen.

Assuming you're using WinXP and logged in as an administrator (or with admin permissions)

START
Control Panel
Administrative Tools
Services

Locate the "Print Spooler"
Right click on this and choose "restart"

This will restart the print queue and will probably try to print the job again or delete it properly. If it tries to restart, just right click on the printer job and choose cancel again..

You may need to repeat but that should at least get you back up and running with other print jobs again.

Waiting on input end job

Try to clear all the waiting jobs, a printer keeps the undone jobs in memory, Sometime that can cause you problems like that, The printer waiting and waiting and waiting.
Rightclick on the printer icon
open it
check for printerjobs in the queue..if there are any.
