System error e000 for canon 4350d laser all in one printer

1.Press ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS, #
2.Go to #7 Printer and Press OK
3.Go to #4 Printer Reset and Press OK

Press the "additional Function" key

Press the # key

Press F3 key until "Printer" shows up.

Press "OK" key

Press F3 key until "Printer Reset shows up

Press "OK" key

Press the * (star) key

Turn printer OFF then back ON

check the settings for the alarm and also the software.
