Memory full,how to delete ? record full,cannot access music screen shows music press enter and screen goes blank and mp3 turns off

Using the manual buttons on the top of the frame (or the included remote control) press the navigatin buttons to bring up the menu, and navigate to the "Internal Memory" option. Choose the Media type (ie: Photo, music, video) and highlight the type you want to delete and press the "Setup" button. Using the navigation buttons, select "Delete File" and then press Enter. When/If Prompted, Select Yes. Repeat as necessary, and for all possible media types. Press "Exit" When done.

most of mp3 players are without system . they are only space , that you can format by connecting it to the computer and format it there . rate please .!

is it when you enter music,photos or settings the screen is blank and it's like it's lagging? but after a short while it goes back to the main?

Connect Sansa to computer
Double-click "My Computer" icon
Double-click Sansa icon (shows up as "Removable Drive" on some computers)
Select Tools --> Folder Options --> View --> check "Show Hidden Files and Folders"
Double-click Music folder
You should see your music files - you can delete at will.

1. Connect your mp3 player to the computer

2. Open Windows Media Player

3. Click on the icon of your Mp3 player on the left-hand side of the Library

4. Click on the Songs, Tracks, or other Music Folder

5. Find a song or songs that you want to delete

6. Left-click the song once to highlight it

7. Press the “Delete” button on your computer’s keyboard

player says i should not connect and then that detachment is ok.

when the memory is full, this one will all of a sudden only read a smaller card size - delete some of the songs

Do this procedure for "voice" mode to delete voice recordings:

Delete file (stop submenu) - Delete corresponding files and save files in Music mode, Voice mode or FM mode.
1. In stop interface (FM without stop interface)
2. Short press "MODE" to enter stop submenu
3. Click "NEXT" or "PREV" to choose "single" or "all" files
4. Short press "MODE" to enter the Delete interface
5. Click "NEXT" to change "no" into "yes"
6. Short press MODE to confirm the delete prompt
"Delete all" will delete all related files stored in the selected folder. For example, if in music mode "Delete all" will delete all the music files, while other recorded files (e.g. voice recordings or FM recordings) will not be deleted.
Likewise, if "Delete all" is used when in the "Replay" menu, this will delete all recorded files but leave music files intact.
FM is much simpler – "Delete" or "Delete all" will delete the station(s) saved before.

Using msc mode, use my computer and right click on the drive corresponding to the mp3 player, and select format. That should clean up anything that's causing problems.

As far as the player refreshing every time it starts, this is NORMAL, and it WILL take extra time since you have an additional memory card to scan.
