If you have power it wouldn't be a fuse. if there is no audio, it could be a bad speaker (or more) causing the problem. a bad or shorted speaker can cause the radio's amp to overload and shut down. use an ohm meter to check the speakers and the wiring. above 4 ohms is a good number. below2 could cause problems.
if you checked at the speaker, try at the wiring itself (to make sure the wiring isn't grounded somewhere). if that's good, connect one speaker (if you have a good one laying around use it). then move it to the other three. if you still don't get anything then it is going to be in the radio not something external or the car. an amp will usually go out on one side at a time so if the fader/ balance was wrong you may get something. i don't have a manual for this model but i'm unaware of Jensens where you can disable the internal amp.

Checked 4 speakers and they are all 3.7 -3.8 ohms.
