Unit powers up and beeps when buttons are pushed. All the menus work and everything looks alright but there's no music in any mode. Hit reset and checked wiring and fuse on back of unit. Any ideas?

Checked 4 speakers and they are all 3.7 -3.8 ohms.

If you have power it wouldn't be a fuse. if there is no audio, it could be a bad speaker (or more) causing the problem. a bad or shorted speaker can cause the radio's amp to overload and shut down. use an ohm meter to check the speakers and the wiring. above 4 ohms is a good number. below2 could cause problems.

if you checked at the speaker, try at the wiring itself (to make sure the wiring isn't grounded somewhere). if that's good, connect one speaker (if you have a good one laying around use it). then move it to the other three. if you still don't get anything then it is going to be in the radio not something external or the car. an amp will usually go out on one side at a time so if the fader/ balance was wrong you may get something. i don't have a manual for this model but i'm unaware of Jensens where you can disable the internal amp.

PS3 won't reset

are you trying to get to the safe mode menu?...if so unplug for 1 minute...replug...hold power button (beep) 5 secs next beep is 1...next beep is 2 after 5 secs and power off. let go of button...repush power button(hold)...(beep)...then beep again after 5 secs...then 2 fast beeps...let go of power button. it will ask you to connect your USB to your controller then push the PS button on your controller. you should be in the menu for safe mode.(research your options there thru sony and understand what they are first before running them!)

Ge adora washing machine beeps when pushing start with door closed

Hit the power button until there is NO display . Unplug and wait a minimum of 30 seconds , plug back in and within 30 seconds hit SIGNAL button then DELAY START button then SIGNAL button again then DELAY START button again. door should lock and display t01 It is now in test mode . There are 14 different test it can run through in this mode , but all we are trying to do is check for error codes now and maybe get you back to normal, So turn the knob one click clockwise and hit the START/PAUSE button and see if any error codes come up. To exit the diagnostic mode - hit signal button then delay start button then signal button then delay start button and you are out of service test mode and back to normal. Post any error codes.

JVC KD-HDR60 has stopped responding to commands. No volume control, can't eject disc, can't turn off, nothing works. It is currently playing a CD, but can't stop or eject. Tried resetting, no...

I had the exact same problem on my unit the other day. I spent a couple of hours trying to fix it. Did the reset button button behind the faceplate and the I couldn't get the unit on at all. I found the if you push the power/source button as soon as you put the unit on the power would turn back on, but buttons still wouldn't work. After trying several different combination, I started hitting the UP arrow button (which is the program buttons) as fast I could for about 10 seconds and the unit started working. Might have been lucky, but it worked for me.

The deck opens buts doesnt play music and the screen doesnt show.

I have the same deck and a very similar problem. Mine was stuck in the out position and would beep and move a little but there was no lights or music. I called Alpine and they told me that sometimes the inner sleeve around the deck will pinch the unit a little. I took my unit out of the dash and sure enough the plastic face plate came loose and moved about 1/32 of an inch when I slide it back in place and turned the power back on it worked perfectly. Hope this helps.
