DC 07 brush bar not working

The brush is driven by two belts and a clutch. Your belts on the clutch are stretched. Their are several youtube videos for rebuilding and replacing a DC07 clutch. Just change the blets don't buy a new clutch. A lot cheaper to change belts. You might as well clean everything up while you gave it apart. Have fun.

The water doesn't come out. I've taken it apart

The reason the water is not dispersing is because the pump belt is probably stretched or worn. You can get belts and view the manual here:

Hi my proheat bissell 7901 stopped pumping water to the floor, but it pumps water from the hand hose. I read the manual and followed how to check belt and the flat belt on right side of shampooer is fine...

just taken ours apart with the same problem... found it was caused by the 2 halves of the main casing coming apart in the area where the upright pedal release is. I found this to be due to the upper casing having broken in 2 places - the bottom of the screw wells. This means that the water tank cannot exert sufficient pressure on the valve to release the water. Only solution is a new top cover assembly

Dyson slim upright has lost suction via the power head , floor wand is working normal

its either the power head is clogged up with debree or the belt is broken. if the belt is broken it wont wisp everything up. Take it to a shop to fix. DONT TRY TO FIX IT YOURSELF~!!! dysons are very expensive and arent made to just be taken apart

Brush roller on Hoover upright stops turning

There should be a belt tensioner for the V belt, maybe it is not contacting the belt when you tilt the handle back. If this is less then 1 year old, then it is under warranty, take it in to a warranty servicer for warranty repair.

Bissell 1699 ProHeat Cleaner

If it is completely dead, then either a bad cord, switch, motor, or a broken connection, it will have to be taken apart to find the problem.

I HAVE A HOOVER VACCUM CLEANER MODEL U8172-900. i HAVE TAKEN IT APART AND CANNOT TAKE THE TOP COVER OFF TO CHANGE THE BELT. CAN YOU HELP ME?

This must be a Savvy, Take off the plate covering the brush roll, then take out 2 screws from the bottom, turn it over, remove the Hoover emblem, there is another ***** there. Then the top cover will come off.
