The refrigerator is making an intermittent buzzing noise. It is a zzzzzzzzz sound, if that helps. It's doing it about every five minutes or so. Model # ABB2527DEW SN# 10128265EP

It's possible that the fan blades are hitting ice, frost, or debris, causing the noise. The fan might also be struggling to turn if there's any obstruction or if it's damaged

It is quite normal. No problem at all.

Try to attach your speakers to another device, DVD player, Amp., Receiver, etc. and if the buzz is not there; then you know the problem is with the computer. Check the inputs and be certain they are clean and make perfect contact with the plug ends. If contact is positive; and the sound still has a buzz; you are experiencing line noise that requires a software fix. Down load Divx or some other application and see if that works without distortion? Match up the color of the plugs to the color of the input on the sound section of your computer. If they are incoorect, you can experience a problem there as well.

Compressor start relay - white plastic part - sitting right on the compressor, disconnect it shake it - u'll here it if it's damaged. :)

Could it be coming from an ice maker?

hi thanks for the question that buzzing noise is probably coming from the ice maker water valve that's about the time it cycles i would not worry about its fine just a little noise thanks the appliance doc but if it s too noisy replace the water valve

It sounds like the ice maker. If you don't have the water hooked up, and the ice sensor bar is in the down position, the ice maker assembly will attempt to make ice continuously.
Solution is easy: raise the ice sensor bar until it clicks in the up position. It will lock in this position, and the ice maker will not cycle anymore.

sounds like the overload relay assy trying to start your compressor, usuallya sign of a bad compressor.. you can try to replace the overload relay, but if its under five years you should have a full manufactue warr on the compressor (comes with new overload relay)

most likely the compressor relay is the clicking noise but i think the problem is most likely the compressor is starting to go bad and is lcoking up. if the refig is under 5 yrs old it is most likely still in warranty by amana
