Spray a little lube across the cutters, whatever you have to lubricate is fine, repeat as nessasary.

If it wont go forward try cleaning the "eyes"...if that dosnt work you may have "fried " the PCB inside...contact Royal for parts assistance at 1-800-524-0799.
