Hi to install this device first install drivers from cd and then connect it via USB and turn on your system should find printer and install it. If you need more help let me know.

then you just double click the file.then continue installing.(Dont fear about installing,just click,click,click)
You say it was working, When installing USB hardware you MUST NOT plug hardware in untill software tells you to.If you havnt done this you must remove all parts of the driver and install this way.
If you are using a wireless connection, your scanner will not work. I was told the printer does not have the capability to scan wirelessly....prints wirelessly, wont scan
This is the start of the fun with vista. I gives the error message "known compatibility issues" with any none MS software. It does give you the option to install anyway. Do this before plugging in the printer or vista will install it's own driver and it wont work. the software will tell you when it is safe to plug in the printer.
