No cd to install printer x2650 - Lexmark X2650 All-In-One InkJet Printer

To scan documents for editing and saving as PDF file, you will need to install the Lexmark OCR scan software on your computer. The Lexmark scan software (no downloadable version) is only available on the installation disc that came with your printer. If you lost the disc, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for assistance.

To install the OCR scan software from the printer installation CD:

1. Insert CD into the CD-ROM drive. If the installation screen open, click Cancel.
2. Double-click on My Computer / Computer.
3. Right-click on Lexmark XXXX CD and select Open.
4. Double-click on OCR.
5. Double-click on Setup.exe to install the OCR software. Your operating system will then determine the language in which it is installed.

The only way to install the Lexmark OCR scan software on your computer is to use the install disc. Please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for assistance.

Visit the Lexmark website for the Lexmark X2600 drivers. Click on this link: Lexmark X2600 Drivers. To select your operating system, click on "change OS".


Then click on "FILTER"


Click on the driver under "Recommended Downloads". Download and install the file. Follow the instructions in the software. Thanks.

try downloading the driver.. search for it in google . or softpedia./ you will defenitely get it..

No matter, just plug the power of the printer-on and connect the printer to your pc. The OS will automatically check and if the driver is not present in the OS, it'll ask for an option (either insert a CD/DVD or search on internet). Connect your internet and Select on search on internet. It'll search by its own and will be pointed to you.

start typing 2650 into the "Search by Model" inputbox then it should show Lexmark X2650. Then you will get links to download the drivers (XP/Vista/Mac OS X 10.5)

To install driver u need the cd..if u dont have the cd...download vista compatible driver from www.lexmark.com .Connect USb cable to computer...make sure printer is powered on..install driver(either by cd or downloaded driver)

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
