Hi
Auto descale: To automatically descale your machine, press the scoop button or menu button if you have one, and hold it down until you enter the menu. Use the arrows on the left to scroll down until you come to Descale. Press enter and the machine will enter the mode to descale your machine. The process takes about 45 minutes. You don’t have to do a thing except mix a full water tank with descaling solution and have a container under the steam wand when your start. To start the descaling process, simply turn the steam knob. When the process is over your machine will say "Descale finished". Remove your water tank and rinse it out. Refill it with fresh water. Replace on the machine and start the descaling process over again to rinse your machine. Go back into your menu and scroll up or down 1 to signal descale and enter. Choose "Yes" and push enter so the machine will tell you when you need to descale again.

Press enter and the machine will enter the mode to descale your machine. The process takes about 45 minutes. You don’t have to do a thing except mix 32 oz. of water in the tank with descaling solution (1 packet or 1 oz.) and have a container under the steam wand when your start. If you have a cappuccinonatori on your machine you will need two containers. To start the descaling process, simply turn the steam knob. When the process is over your machine will say “Descale finished”. Remove your water tank and rinse it out. Refill it with fresh water. Replace on the machine and start the descaling process over again to rinse your machine. Go back into your menu and scroll up or down 1 to signal descale and enter. Manual descale: To decalcify your boiler, remove your water tank and fill it with hot water (100 to 120 degrees). Open a pack of decalcifier and mix into the water tank. Place the tank back on the machine, then turn the machine on.
Hi
Use 1 oz. for every 32oz of water. There is a program in your machine for descaling. Select it and open knob in front once you have the powder disolved. When you have finished go to the menu that says "reset descale" and choose "yes". Then set your water hardness in your menu to 4, and your machine will tell you when it needs to be descaled again.
hi my name is Lee Davidian here is your answer Automatic Decalcifying Cycle The automatic decalcifying cycle keeps the machine in perfect operating order. When prompted by the user, mineral buildups in the internal boiler can be dissolved and removed with Saeco’s decalcifying solution and a push of a button.
to descale the machine there is a auto descale function on the machine using the double ellipse button. Hold down button for about 5 seconds display will read descale(prepare solution first). The rest is easy just follow the onscreen instructions.
Hi Go to your menu in the machine. Use your up arrow to go to decalcify and push enter. Have your solution for decalcifing the machine mixed in your water tank. Have a large container under the steam wand and cappuccinator on the left. Then open the knob for steam. Machine will say "Machine descaling". It has to finish the whole tank before it says "descale finished". Now rinse the water tank and put fresh water in it and put back on machine. Now close knob and then reopen it. Machine will say "Rinsing" When that tank is gone, it will say finished. Put water in tank and then go back to your menu and go down 1 to reset descale. push enter and chose "Yes" and hit enter to lock it. Now go down to water hardness and hit enter. Cahnge the # to 4 and hit enter. Push the escape button 2 times and your back. and ready to go.
I used to run vinigar and water thru my coffee maker to remove the **** vinigar is slightly acidic. make sure run just straight water thru it afterward to get rid of the taste.
I had the same problem with a Saeco Royal Digital. I ran the decalcifying liquid through the machine with the automatic descaling program as per the instructions on the bottle and the DECALCIFY message stayed up.
I solved it by going to the menu and selecting "Signal Descal." and toggling it from No to Yes. I escaped back to the menu and git the usual "Select Product".
Hope this helps.
woops I think I used the milk line cleaner!
HI
Did you rinse, after descaling? What did you use as you descaler?
