My canon PIXMA MP190 All in one Injet Printer won't feed the paper through. It pulls to the right side and then bunches up. I've cleaned everything and even tried pushing cardstock through. It seems like the design has the gripper only on the right side and the thought is simply that the rest of the paper will take care of itself. I can't take the back off (tried) and can only fit my hand through somewhat. Yesterday I took a playing card and got it through checking for any stuck paper. I went back and forth from the right slide gripper to the other side. It worked on my print job then but when I went back this morning it had the same problem. It will print an envelope on the right side but that is it.

Use a flashlight and small mirror to look down where the paper goes in the back, usually something has fallen in where it shouldn't be. A lady last week turned her printer upside down and shook until a bic pen fell out.I find pins, paper clips, toys, or gum inside. That one roller us usually enough.

I was having the exact same problem and tried all kinds of things to fix it, but nothing worked. Finally I read the post saying to use a mirror and flash light to look where the paper enters, and it turns out that there was a ballpoint pen jammed in there. I never would have seen it if I didn't use a mirror and flashlight. I removed the pen and now the printer is working fine.
thanks

Paper pulls to right side and bunches up

Have you tried pulling off the back cover and wipe the rubber wheels off. some times they get dust on them and can cause them to not be able to grab the paper correctly.

My paper won't go through my canon ip90v straight

You may need to clean the pickup rollers. These are the ones that pull the paper out of the tray and begin feeding them into the printer. It is likely that one side may be slighly gummy and the paper is sticking to it or the other side may be slick with miniscule paper particles that is causing it to slide right over the paper surface and not grabbing it at all.
