SOURCE: I purchased a Breville Electric

Try to soak it first with some solution used for cleaning the gas range ...and let it stay with the detergent on for a while (about an hour ) and after that try to clean it and see what is going on ...repeat the procedure if needed..and also rinse it well cause it will be in contact direct with the food..

SOURCE: Pizza dough sticks like glue

There are about three things you might consider.
First, you can sprinkle corn meal lightly on the stone and this will help prevent your pizza dough from sticking.
If you're already doing this, you might try spraying with a pan coating before you sprinkle the corn meal on the stone.
Additionally, most of these stones require "seasoning" which is done by rubbing the stone lightly with vegetable oil and placing into the oven at about 300 degrees. Let it heat until the oil starts to smoke. Turn off the oven and let the stone remain in there until it cools. DO NOT WASH IN SOAP AND WATER.Just use a damp cloth to clean.
I hope one of these suggestions help. If they do, please come back to Fixya and rate my advice.

Is there pizza stone available for this product?

You do not give the make and model, but pizza stones are a generic sort of product, so you can just get one the same size as the turntable. Be aware it will not crisp or brown the pizza.

Pizza dough sticking to pizza stone

Your stone needs to be seasoned better. Use it a few times to bake buttery cookies, buttering it well each time. The fat will absorb into the pan, making it more non stick. Also, greasing it with olive oil before putting the pizza on it may help. You also may try to not have the grill too hot, that it burns up the seasoning.

Can I replace just the blade on my pizza cutter? It seems a shame to buy a new one as it really is in good condition, just the blade is blunt.

The Web Restaurant Store sells pizza cutter blades for a good price, although as the pizza cutters themselves are not expensive, you might find it just easier to buy a new one.

No instructions with Paderno pizza stone!!!!

Nothing to it. Just pre-heat the stone for 15-20 minutes at 425-450 degrees. Slide your prepared pizza onto the stone and cook. ps best to prepare your pizza on a pizza peel or cookie sheet so you can slide it on to the stone. Cook around 10 minutes or so. Good luck and enjoy your pizza.
