Is there a cement solution to fix a crack in my stone for the pizza oven

There might be, but finding it, or buying it might be a chore.
Think of a glue/cement/epoxy that is impervious to that much heat. Try searching online, and also think of the glues that are used on space ships for their heat-shield stones.
I would try calling all the epoxy manufacturers I could find on-line, and I would even try calling N.A.S.A.

Pizza scorching on bottom

This may sound simple but....Do you know for sure the oven temp is 550 (use a thermometer on the stone to be sure) The thermostat may be set at 550 but could be running hotter? I have had this problem in the past with ovens.

Why does food get hard after cooking or reheating in a microwave

It's basically a loss of moisture during the cooking process, to avoid this in a standard oven cook on a lower temp for longer and cover with foil....in the microwave, drop the power setting and always reheat or cook with the food cover with a microwave safe cling wrap or microwave specific cookware with lids.

We run coffee shop, we already have turbochef conventional oven. We only bake cookies, crossant and sandwhiches. We are planning to have pizza. Is anyway you make adjustment for Pizza

Pizza oven bricks need to be changed

You must use a long crowe bar lift the brick and pull it out need the size of the brick to let you know how much and where to get it if it a 2inch thick they are no longer sold most lilkely it 1 1/2 inch

A good pre-heated pizza stone will help cook the crust better when the pizza is placed right on the stone. As for the cheese burning, check the actual temp. of the oven with a good thermometer.

How can I change temperature? I moved into a place with this oven. Seems great but I'm really stuck on how to change temperature. It has different temperatures for the different modes (E.g. 180 for fan; 200 for combined etc) but it says that you can change the temperature for each mode (e.g. I want 200c fan oven). I've tried to change the temperature following the manual (go to the mode you want, press temperature icon; then + or -) but it doesn't do anything. Just flashes until I press the temp button again and stays at that temperature. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
