My speakers r totally fine bt still cann't hear any voice.must b driver problem.what shuld i do????

  • Anonymous May 11, 2010

You can't hear any voice? But music, gamesounds, moviesounds ok? U have to explain a little further. Does your sound work but you can't hear your own voice when you speak in a microphone, or can't you hear any sound at all or is this only a prob with a specific program (like skype?).

There are some basic thisngs you can do:
Go to Control panel
Double Click on Sounds and Audio Devices
Make sure there is no check mark in the mute section where there is a volume adjustment for your speakers.

Also ensure that your speaker volume is up to an appropriate level.

If you look for the speaker icon beside the clock and double click on the icon it should bring up a sound tool bar with many sliders. Maker sure they are all at a volume that you would be able to hear audio. Also check to ensure that there are no check marks in the mute section of each catagorie.

Having done these steps if the issue is not resolved it could be a driver or the hardware.

Internal Speaker not working properly suddenly. Hearing Ruptures along the voice.

If you have been using your computer with the audio on full you will probably have blown the speaker cones. An easy fix. Add some external speakers.

Cannot hear anything on receiving call bt able to hear with speaker on or on hand set......

you have to change your speaker (earpiece)
when you choose the loud speaker option,,
you will able to hear the voice,,why?because the sounds transfer from earpiece to buzzer..its same when you use headset..the sound from earpiece will transfer to headset speakers..in that case,,you need to replace your earpiece..100% your problem will be solve!!

Does not output to the right speakers. Cuts on and off. Connections are fine. Speakers are fine.

THE GOAL HEAR IS TO DETERMINE IF THE INSTALLATION IS CAUSING YOUR PROTECTION FAULT OR IS IT THE RECEIVER ITSELF HAVING INTERNAL DAMAGE. REMOVE THE RCA INPUTS AND DISCONNECT THE SPEAKERS, THEN POWER THE AMPLIFIER UP WITH THIS NO INPUT, NO SPEAKER LOAD CONDITION. IF IT STILL GOES INTO PROTECTION, THEN THE RECEIVER WILL NEED TO BE SERVICED, AS YOU HAVE TOTALLY SIMULATED A BENCHED CONDITION THAT IS TOTALLY INDEPENDENT OF YOUR INSTALLATION. MOST TIMES, THE RECEIVE WILL GO INTO PROTECTION WHEN IT SEES AN EXCESSIVE LOAD WHEN TURNING UP THE VOLUME, WHICH IS USUALLY CAUSED BY TOO MANY SPEAKERS OR DAMAGED SPEAKERS, BUT IF NO SPEAKERS CONNECTED, THEN IT IS USUALLY BECAUSE THE RECEIVER SEES AN EXCESSIVE LOAD DUE TO ITS OUTPUT SECTION BEING DAMAGED. IN ANY CASE, ONCE REPAIRED, YOU MUST CHECK YOUR SPEAKERS FOR BURNED VOICE-COILS, WHICH WILL IMPOSE AN EXCESSIVE LOAD TO THE AMPLIFIER AND CAN CAUSE IT TO FAIL AGAIN. ONE SCENARIO HERE, IS THAT YOUR RIGHT SPEAKER IS SHORTED, THEREBY MAKING THE RECEIVER GO N AND OUT OF PROTECTION AND THE CONDITION OF THE LEFT SPEAKER IS UNKNOWN. THE OTHER POSSIBILITY IS THAT THE RIGHT SPEAKER HAS FINISHED BURNING UP AND IS OPEN, LIKE IT IS NOT EVEN CONNECTED AND THE LEFT SPEAKER IS IN THE PROCESS OF BLOWING AND IS THE ONE PUTTING IT IN AND OUT OF PROTECTION. AT ANY RATE, YOU REALLY NEED TO VERIFY THAT THE SPEAKERS VOICE-COILS ARE OK. I KNOW YOU SAID THEY WERE FINE, BUT YOU NEED TO REALLY CHECK THEM CLOSELY. YOU CAN USE AN OHM-METER TO CHECK ONE SPEAKER AGAINST THE OTHER FOR COMPARISON. WHILE NOT TOTALLY ACCURATE, IT WILL BE CLOSE ENOUGH TO DETERMINE IF THE VOICE-COILS ARE DAMAGED, SHORTED OR OPEN. AN 8 OHM SPEAKER WILL SOMETIMES READ A LITTLE LOWER THAN 8 OHMS, USUALLY AROUND 7 OR SO, BUT NOT LESS THAN 6. ALSO, DO CHECK THE SPEAKER WIRES THEMSELVES FOR BEING SHORTED OR PINCHED SOMEWHERE. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE.....V

Can't hear voice of singer on speakers, more of an echo sound

An old trick to remove vocals from a song was to rip the right channel, then the left, the combine them (since vocals are typically mixed in a third 'center' channel, though things like reverb or echo are applied to the right and/or left channels which sounds like what you are hearing).

I would play with the balance and mixer settings and see if you can get the vocals back. Also try other speakers or even headphones and see if you have the same problem.

Hope this helps!
