Resetting Security Code
SIM pin code:
This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even

If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. Phone Security Code:
This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. You can also set some handsets to only accept a “new” sim if the phone security code is entered. To reset it, you need the Master code code:

2.Insert your IM (insert *#06# and get your IM from cell phone)

I need gprs in my nokia 1600
hehe funny question. its not possible, Nokia 1600 doesnt supports GPRS or WAP facilities. you have go for another phone. If u are planning to buy a new phone, do look for EDGE facility. EDGE is the new technology of GPRS which is having higher bandwidth. If you are looking for a budget phone go for Nokia 3110 classic.
