I have a konica bizhub 200. We can send faxes out with no problems, but no one can fax in. It is like the bizhub does not answer. I have been through the settings numerous times with no luck. Is there something somewhere that sets it not to answer ? I did see auto/ manual auto and it is set to auto.
Any ideas?

are you sure the fax is not configured to memory receive here is how to check that--
To configure Memory RX, perform the following:
1. From the Basic screen press the Utility key.
2. Press Admin Management, enter password 1-8, press Enter.
3.Press Admin 1.
4.Press Document Management.
5.Press RX Document.
6.Press All Other Documents.
7.Press RX Document Settings.
8.Select Memory RX, exit all the way out.
9.After a Fax is received, an envelope icon will be displayed next to the Job List Button.
10.To print received faxes, press the Job List Button, press the Doc. tab, press the Public Folder, scroll through the faxes and press Print.
As a first thing to try, with most faxes that send but do not receive, it's usually down to a glitch.
Try shutting the bizhub down fully, then unplugging it physically from the power source for at least 30 seconds. Plug it back in and turn the unit back on, then have someone try and send you a fax.
