I have an Incanto s class de luxe and it is telling me to fill the watertank and it is already full?I have turned it off and back on, and it is still not registering that the watertank is full?

from the menu select descaling and open the steam knob. The machine is doing descaling.When descaling proces finish fill the water tank with frsh water and rinse from the hot water .When water finish you are ready to drink coffee.

Fill the container with a little water and turn on and wait until the tank is empty, then he goes to the wash, and you can finish the descaling

I understand you have two questions the lever question I assume you are taking about the steam lever. The second question is how do you descale the unit.

Lets answer the first question first. The steam lever is not a lever but a knob. The knob is located on the right side of the unit.
1. Put container under steam tube turn knob downward to open until you get steam
2. Once you get steam turn knob upward to close
3. Put item you want to steam under steam tube and open valve back up to steam

Now to answer the question about how to descale the Incanto De Leluxe. When you are ready to descale the machine follow these steps.
1. Hold down the "x" button for 5 seconds, the machine will tell you it is ready to descale
2. Remove the filter
3. Fill the water tank with your descaling solution
4. Insert a container under the steam tube and open the steam valve
5. The machine will display descaling and finished
6. Then it will prompt you to fill tank with clean water for rinsing.
7. Press the "x" button once tank is full
8. Place container under steam tub and turn knob to open steam tube
9. When finished press "x" button one more time to confirm done
10. Replace water filter and fill tank

Has anyone tried to wash this in a dishwasher in the past?

When you want to empty the grounds because it says to in the menu, REMEMBER TO LEAVE THE MACHINE ON when you remove the drawer. The machine is a counter and when it reaches the magic number for that machine the message comes on. If the machine is turned off when you pull the drawer out, the machine doesn't know this and the message will be there when you turn the machine back on. Also remember to leave the drawer out for at least 15 seconds or a little longer so the machine thinks you actually dumped the grounds.

The flowmeter is on the bottom of the machine follow the line that leads from the pump and you will see the flowmeter.

I got this coffe machine, but when I turn it on is says watertank is empty, but in watertank is a lot of water. I try input this watertank a lot of times to that machine but I have still same problem... I will die withou coffe, heeeeeelp...

The machine appears to be blocked due to limestone formation in water piping. Suggestion is decalcify following instructions of manufacturer .

float valve stuck. try unplugging and then empty tank.check to see that nothing is visable in water reserve. fill water tank to full and then plug unit back in. hope this solves your problem
