How to remove shelves and bins for cleaning?

The above answer is only HALF right. The blue clips have to be removed to lift the shelf up and pull it toward you.
To remove the clips:
1. Get a screw driver or something to get behind the clip.
2. Slide it behind the clip and slowly pry it toward you.
3. Repeat for the clip on the other side.
4. Do the above; lift the shelf slightly and pull it toward yourself.

most of the sears freezers . lift up on the shelf that will unlock it then slide it left or right ( it may move a little hard ) that will unlock the other side , lift and remove ( one side at a time ) ... you will see its not that hard , its just hard to put it in words .....Please if this answer helped , please rate this 3 or 4 stars . and keep me in the paid answer department . Your drain tube is stopped up. Take the panel off in the freezer section and chip away the ice in the pan below the coil. When you get to the drain hole pour hot water in it until it free flows. You will need a towel in the freezer to catch the excess water. Run some extra hot water through it to assure that you clean the drain out good.
