Projector Light could not come-up again

1. Power Off: First, make sure the projector is powered off.
2. Control Panel: On the projector itself, locate the control panel with buttons. You should find buttons like "Menu," "Enter," "Up," "Down," "Left," and "Right."
3. Access Menu: Power on the projector and press the "Menu" button on the control panel. This should display the on-screen menu.
4. Navigate Menu: Use the arrow buttons (Up, Down, Left, Right) to navigate through the menu options until you find the "System" or "Settings" menu.
5. Unlock: Within the System or Settings menu, look for an option related to the system lock or security settings. Use the arrow buttons to select it.
6. Disable Lock: Once you've highlighted the lock option, press the "Enter" or "OK" button to access its settings. You may need to enter a password if it's set, so try default passwords like "0000" or "1234." If none work, you might need to contact Sharp support for a password reset procedure.
7. Unlock: After accessing the lock settings, disable or unlock the system lock.
8. Exit Menu: Exit the menu by pressing the "Menu" button again.
9. Test: Power off the projector and then power it back on to see if the system lock has been successfully removed.

After connecting the cable press the Windows key and the P key at the same time. The projector options will appear. Change from projector only to the desired configuration.

Assuming that you have all the connections between your computer and the projector already performed, you should check in you computer's manual what is the key combination necessary to switch between normal mode and presentation mode.

For instance, some Dell laptops and computers need you to press the function key (key marked with Fn in blue) and, while keeping it pressed, press also the F8 key (marked with CRT/LCD in blue) to cycle between the options.

Some HP laptops and computers will need you to do the same operation, but now using the function key and the F4 key, to select between "Computer only", "Extended (dual) presentation mode" or "Projector only" modes.

Some computers have an icon in the tray area at the bottom right part of your screen for the display characteristics. Clicking on it shows a menu where you can select the graphical options for your computer, and there must be an option for the selection of a dual display mode through which you can select computer + monitor (projector)

This same function can be called from the Control Panel in your computer. Assuming that you are using Windows XP, you will need to go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > (Graphics Adapter Configuration Setup), where (Graphics Adapter Configuration Setup) will depend on the graphics adapter chipset used in your computer (Intel, nVidia, ATI, VIA, etc). There, you might have the same options to select a dual presentation mode, to show the things in your computer display and/or your projector.

If even with these indications you are still not able to make your computer show its information through the projector, please send us more details on how you connected your computer to the projector, as well as the brand and model of your computer and the operating system you are using.

Your projector key panel locked you have two option to operate the projector
1 . Use remote control press MENU the menu window displayed.
use DOWN ARROW key and select SET SETTING.
press ENTER
use DOWN ARROW key to select PANEL KEY LOCK.
press RIGHT ARROW key to OFF the panel key lock
press ENTER and then press MENU key to exit the menu.

2. If you loss your remote control then;
When the key panel lock is ON keeping the power key on the projector key panel pressed for 10 seconds turns the projector ON when it is in standby mode, and turns the projector to standby mode when the power is on. If you keep pressing the MENU key for about 10 seconds when the power is ON, the lock will be released and "panel key lock" is automatically set to OFF.

If you have a USB cable, you can connect the phone to the PC and from the PC you should be able to access both the phone memory and the chip as two seperate removable drives. So then simply transfer the pictures from one to the other through the PC.

If you don't have a USB cable:

1. Open the main menu (joystick center button)
2. Enter file manager (3rd icon from top on leftmost column)
3. Select "on phone" tab (by clicking joystick right twice)
4. Select "Pictures" folder (should be 3rd folder)
5. Click "more" (right option button) --> "select" (7th option) --> "select all" (2nd option). Now all pictures should have a checked checkbox on them.
6. Click "more" again (right option button) --> "manage file" (3rd option) --> "transfer" (2nd option) --> "memory stick" (1st option).

It appears you have the "CHIME on Motion" enabled. Follow the Option 41 steps to disable it.

Option 41 - Voice Chime
The panel will verbally announce which chime sensor has been tripped if the chime
feature is on.
Add enables chime voice.
1. Open panel cover. Panel announces, Use numbered keys to enter ID.
2. Enter Access Code using the numbered keys. Panel announces, Please select from
Start Menu.
3. Press Add from the Start menu. Panel announces, Select from main menu
4. Press Option #. Panel announces, Option 1, press again for next option or done to
select.
5. Press 41. Panel announces, Option 41, press again for next option or done to
select
6. Press DONE. Panel announces, Option 41 is on.
Delete disables chime voice. The panel will not announce which chime sensor has
been tripped but will still chime 2 times for doors and 3 times for motion sensors when
a given sensor is tripped.
1. Open panel cover. Panel announces, Use numbered keys to enter ID.
2. Enter Access Code using the numbered keys. Panel announces, Please select from
Start Menu.
3. Press Delete from the Start menu. Panel announces, Select from main menu
4. Press Option #. Panel announces, Option 1, press again for next option or done to
select.
5. Press 41. Panel announces, Option 41, press again for next option or done to
delete
6. Press DONE. Panel announces, Option 41 deleted.

Hi

You can overcome this problem by disconnecting the AC power cord, to turn off the power. Then press and HOLD the select button and reconnect the AC power cord.

This should clear the Lock.
