Hi I have a problem on the machine bizhub 601 gives me each time I run a 50 Polycope for example it makes me prechaufage 20 each page then it starts it so page 20 it done yet prechaufage every time

try to install the driver again & be sure that is compatible with windows version

Does the machine work ok as a copier? Not as a Printer but a copier? if so then check you printer properties and insure that the paper is correct portrait or landscape, thickness correct draw check a different computer.

Mite be that the copier need s a cleaning inside because it can not complete a copy cycle such as monitor the density of the toner on the drum have a tech do a cleaning when was the last time a 250,000 copy Preventive Maintenance Kit was done on it! Very 250,000 PM is done every 500K new drum. Does your machine a small wrench on the operator screen upper right hand of the purple/white screen
