Does your exposure lamp come on ? Mite have a problem with the scanner lamp or the Scanner reader that the CCD the black device under the big glass that views the document to be copied. Exposure lamp is what high lights the original document(s)

C - 2105 Transfer/separation corona cleaning motor home sensor error code.
Remove the transfer/separator corona located in ADU assy,use the vacuum cleaner and clean the corona support and the 2 sensors(located under corona assy rear and front area).After cleaning urn ON the copier and is working.

Check yout waste toner container. If it's full you should clear it or change it. Or maybe the problem is in some sensor, probably temperature senor on fuser.

Power off the machine, using the main power switch located inside the machine. Then ensure the sub power switch is on that's the one on the control panel. Now depress the Utility/Counter button and turn on main power must keep the button depressed. once you see trouble reset touch it get a OK. Power off then wait ten seconds and power back on. If the code comes back do not reset again the machine can catch on fire and that will ruin a perfectly good day. get a technician to look at it The Fuser is not something to mess around with.

Charge cleaning assy. error. There is a very fine gold plated wire that is above the drum on the drum cart. Must be remove to be seen. Well there is cleaning device for that wire. you may hear it some time when you turn on the machine. Well its stuck or the motor (bad/Stuck) or sensor that tells the machine the cleaner is back home mite be dirty/Toner. Remove the drum cart and check it out. There is also the same system for the transfer/separation wires that are below the drum which the paper goes over as the drum transfers the image to the paper.

C - 2101 The lock signal of the charging cleaning motor(mounted on the charge corona assembly) is not detected when a specified period of time elapses after is starts the backward operation from rear to front.
Remove the drum unit and remove the charge corona and rotate manually the cleaning pad,eventualy remove the cleaning motor and verify the gears.
If not reseting to Open /close the frontal door,try reset:
Turn OFF the copier,keep pressed the Utility key and turn ON the copier.Wait will apaire the Trouble reset message ,release the Utility key and touch the message,then turn OFF the copier.Wait 1 minutes and turn ON.GOOD LUCK!

Sir/Mam, The Erase lamp is disconnected. have you had anyone recently replace the drum or developer? if so the erase lamp connection is not seated properly or you do have a bad erase lamp. You will have to remove the drum cartridge open front door life up small pipe unscrew the main nut hold nut unscrew (When screwing back in do not allow the nut to turn to the right) Any way once the cartridge is removed check two connections above the drum to the rear to small connectors (BE CAREFUL DO NOT SCRATCH OR NICK THE DRUM DO NOT EXPOSE TO SUNLIGHT) ensure the two connectors are secured! Re-install. if the code comes back you mite have a bad Erase Lamp. Contact a Technician!

Check the Transfer/SEP assy. it is directly below the drum when you open the front section of the machine it will be a assy. with three very thin wires covered by a plastic guard there is cleaning device that cleans those wires when you turn on the machine. Check the drive for the cleaning motor, assy. can be removed two screws one in the front one in the back on the section you open. Motor is under the front part of the assy. Can be completely turned off via service mode soft switches.

Mite be that the copier need s a cleaning inside because it can not complete a copy cycle such as monitor the density of the toner on the drum have a tech do a cleaning when was the last time a 250,000 copy Preventive Maintenance Kit was done on it! Very 250,000 PM is done every 500K new drum. Does your machine a small wrench on the operator screen upper right hand of the purple/white screen

Does the machine work ok as a copier? Not as a Printer but a copier? if so then check you printer properties and insure that the paper is correct portrait or landscape, thickness correct draw check a different computer.
