I can't read the manual because the print is so small. I wear glasses, just for reading but to read this lame manual I had to get a magnafying glass.

Hi, I would like to say (put some glasses on) but you can get a magnafing glass or get someone else to read it for you. But yes, there maybe a PDF version out there. You will have to send us the brand and model #.

They do not print manuals with a large print font. I suggest you use a magnifying glass to read the manual.

Go to a Walgeens or other local drug store, and find where they keep the generic reading glasses.
Get yourself a pair of reading (magnifying) glasses, or a magnifing glass made for page reading.

Go get you a jewelers loupe that magnifies 6x or 10x. Then you can read the print on the box or you can get a magnifying glass for reading small text.

No users guide can be printed because you don't provide a model # for your phone or what brand it is.

Increase the size of the letters before you print them. For instance, if you are using wordpad, before you write anything click on Format, then Font, and increase the number from 10 to 12 or higher. If you are cutting and pasting to Wordpad, increase the size of the font before you paste. If you are printing directly from a web page, click on view and zoom in before you print.

During a normal scan, the light source moves across the large glass pane reading the entire area. When using the ADF, the light source remains stationary below the small small glass pane to the left. Check for smudges or specs on this glass area. We had the same problem, and cleaning the small glass pane worked.
