Vulcan pressure switch problem. Still exists even though I've changed it for a brand new one

Hi. Have just replaced the pressure switch on our Vulcan 9151 and still have the same problem of not firing up. Connections are all good tight and not blocked. If I remove a hose from the pressure switch and then replace it back on the PS it fires up. But I have to keep doing this every time I want the heating on ??

SOURCE: Pentair Minimax NT 400 heater. fan keeps coming

Sounds like the controller is the problem. This is the circuit board that has the display and controls on it. You can swing that panel open and try tapping on the white plastic cover the controller is under that. This might get the fan relay to release but you will have to replace the controller it will stick again

Sounds like an ignition component failure check for proper resistance through primary and secondary ignition coil windings, refer to service repair manual for exact specs, also the ignitor magnetic pick up may be not up to snuff, the only other ignition component to replace or check is the ignition module and/or plug wires themselves, sometimes when extreme demand is put on the ignition system the plug wires must be high quality and completely isolated from one another. Spark plug wires when routing cannot come in contact with one another in the slightest proximity.

High oil pressure

Other than good filters will cause this problem. Get a Ford FL1A at Walmart or parts store and replace yours.
Crappy ones from oil changes regardless of brand are not smart. Even though they might be brand names, they are bought in balk in a big box and are lower quality to decrease price and increase profits at oil changes.
Also... consider changing the sender in the engine block. They go bad and give crazy readings.
