Vulcan ultra 21 f11 fault code
My Ultra21 fired up for a while then after a few minutes the flame extinguished and the fan did its usual cool down thing, so basically we were getting warm air for a few minutes and then cold...
Safety is you number one priority here. ( its not dangerous but its always good to be cautious)
Switch the furnaces power off from the power point to stop the heater firing up again.
Take off the cover for the circuit boards, take off the cover that covers the burner/fan etc.
You will see 2 wires from the main circuit board (one black and one grey), they feed through a grommet and feed into the burner area.
One is your igniter (i think) and the other is you flame sensor.
The one with the bent or right angle probe is the igniter.
The other is the sensor (right hand one when your viewing from the circuit board end)
Unscrew each one carefully and give it a clean with some pot scourer or steel wool etc.
I did this last night and it fixed my problem
