More than likely it is your reserve lighting device, located on the right side of the battery box. also test battery voltage at rest, then start and recheck with a volt meter.at rest should be at 12 or a bit over, cranked should be at around 13 or 14, rev engine, you should be at 14 or more, had same issue on a 92' ended up being stator was going bad, and rectifier was replaced.

This is often caused by an air leak , inlet manifolds, exhaust gaskets into the head or the gaskets between the headers and muffler.

Try bleeding new brake fluid though it, if it has air or moisture from age these can heat up and expand, locking the brakes.

when this happened to me it was because the fuel tank vent in the cap was take apart ur gas cap and free it up and lube it with some plastic and rubber safe oil

it takes special kawasaki tools to work on the final drive. i tried to do mine when the splines got stripped off the pinion and i found that without those tools it is impossible to open and I'm a mechanic

if it doesn't have a lack of power then ur float is probably just stuck if it doesn't leak when its running the put some carb cleaner in and drive it and as soon as u shut it off turn the gas off if after ur bottle of cleaner is gone it still leaks then u will have dissassble and clean the carbs

try adjusting the clutch a little tigher if its not fully releasing u won't be able to change gears at a stop

Not a big deal. Just remove the left engine cover and you will find the stator bolted to it. Remove the three bolts holding the stator and the stator will then be free to come apart from the cover.

Check your coil and the cdi, sounds like they may be overheating and shutting down. Also check for possible vapor lock.
