I replaced my black and magneta ink cartridge today and documents will print out only nice shade of blue.

may i assume you removed tapes at the electronic side of cartridge?
shake the cartridges.

Now your computer should have a utility for settings the cartridge for
first time after loading them. Thisis to make sur the colors are mixing
to give the right shade.

Normally 1 single shade means the color cartridge is ending so may be you
double check you are not returning the same ending cartridge in the printer.

Hope that helped

When printing images from my Canon MG6150 it isn`t printing any magenta/red shades and the magenta cartridge is brand new. Every other color is printing fine. Anyone know what this problem could be? Is it...

Use the printer application to clean the cartridge and print all the test. If the test are wrong. You should change your cartridge. Maybe you have a bad store cartridge or expire one.

Printed pages have blank lines in the print for the red, blue and yellow colors. Have tried cleaning and deep cleaning several times. No change.

If cartridge is good, prime and allign, remove cartridge and clean copper contacts with contact cleaner, if all fails replace printer.

Changed all 4 cartridges, yellow, red, grey not printing. Only blue & black print

Sounds like most of the color lines (the "cables" between print head and cartridges) either have clogged ink in them, or air bubbles. Try the cleaning process found by pressing Ink Management and then Menu/Set twice. After the test print sheet is printed, answer the question(s) in the display and print up to five test prints by answering the questions.
It should solve the problem, but if it doesn't, you should perform a heavier duty purge found in the service mode.

HP psc 2110xi color printing problem

The printer head may need to be cleaned. You can buy a cleaning kit for the head.

Red will only print on test page.

So what you need to do is clean the cartridge from the printer toolbox..do all the three steps cleaning..(clean cartridge, prime cleaning, intermediate cleaning)..
once the cleaning is done..try to make a copy..if its still the same..change both the ink cartridge and then try to make a copy..if it resolves the issue then cartridge is defective..if it does not resolve the issue then printer is defective..

When printing color, only prints shades of red

Keep on head cleaning until the test print will complete colors.
