Probably trying to print a job which is set to other then A4

It means that the paper source selected in the print job was the Bypass tray (Manual Feed). You should be able to insert paper in the tray and press OK or Continue to start printing.

it sounds to me that your paper size is not correct so it is tring to pick from the bypass. put paper in the bypass until that job is over or delete that print job. make sure your paper cassette is set to the right paper size. most of the time this problem comes up when rinting pdf files or from the internet.

You can put special media on side bypass feed tray. Then select paper type/thickness. Choose the bypass tray and paper type when sending print job from your PC. Job status light will blink and you need to go to the copier to execute the print job for special paper.

check touch screen job status. this particular user might not have the setting configured properly on his pc and affected all job queue due to paper size not avail in any drawer or bypass paper needed.

to release the rest of the job queue, just delete the job pn the touch screen. u can see the delete button on the touch screen when u press job status

Regular copy paper that I got from the Staples. Same paper in the paper tray/drawer as in the multi-bypass tray. Thanks.

A technician should look at this. There could be a gear going bad on it. Ive see a fee cases where the drum gets bad and cant turn any more.

Are there error codes on the screen?

Make sure the right door where the bypass tray is closed all the way.
