How to fix a toshiba BARCODE Printer ribbon take up roller
Hi,
Are you referring to the platen roller? The platen roller is the cylinder that's underneath the printhead which pulls the labels from the roll/box and then pushes it at a certain speed so that the printhead prints onto the label. The platen roller is usually coated in rubber and you can check if the platen roller has some eroded or cut sections.
Unfortunately, the platen roller is a consumable item, you'll need to replace the platen roller. Take a look at our blog for more information about the platen roller.

The most common problem is the loss or corruption of the system files. It is necessary to consult the service manual of the equipment in order to enter the service mode and to check the status of the system files and to restore them. It can save you a lot of money that you would have paid to a technical team.https://www.anyservicemanuals.com/downloads/toshiba-e-studio-206l-207l-256-256se-306-306s-306se-306sd-356-356s-356se-356sd-456-456s-456se-456sd-506-506se-207l-257-257s-307-307s-307sd-service-manual/

ADF not working on a Toshiba 3540c
There could be a few reasons why your ADF isn't working properly on your Toshiba 3540c. First, check to make sure that the paper is loaded correctly and that there are no jams. If there are any jams, clear them away and try again.
Another possibility is that the sensors for the ADF might be dirty or misaligned. Try cleaning the sensors and realigning them according to the Toshiba 3540c manual.
If you're still having trouble, it's possible that the ADF itself is defective and will need to be replaced. We recommend contacting Toshiba directly for assistance with this issue.
