Why does my tv led40 keep freezing when I try to watch iplayer

Check if there is a software update for the TV. That might resolve the problem if JVC knew there was a problem between their TVs and the BBC iplayer. Otherwise contact JVC to see if their is an issue which has not been sorted out yet.

sorry this is not a solution,just spoke to toshiba and they said to keep trying updates,takes upto ten goes they said,i'm having same problem.done it about twenty times now and still no BBC iplayer

Usually what has happened is that the Beeb blocks the ip#'s that anchor uses. Anchor then does a change and it shows up as ip#'s outside of that range and it works again. Until the next time.

I think the longest I have had anchor down was a bit over two weeks. Usually it is off for a day or so every few weeks. Just keep trying Anchor is are pretty good at getting it working again quickly.

When watching tv if the programme goes to an outside interview a brocken white line appears at the top of the screen. when the programme returns to the studio the screen is fine. what is the problem please.

Hi Ive just bought a thomson dtr box and the picture keeps freezing .new arial new cable etc.well ive just tried a £20 freeview box and its fine good clear picture and dosnt freeze.I had a good signal when using the thompson box and its the box load of rubbish taking it back to shop.
