Samsung lcd tv keeps clicking but won't turn on
ur tv needs a new ip board u can remove the back panel and its the center main board it'll be obvious to plain site being its the only unprotected board in the tv. get the model number from the top left of the part then go to samsungparts.com enter the part number order the part.this part is only about $130-$150 dollars and ur tv should be as good as new. the ip board is a simple fix just six screws around the board and seven wireharnesses just remove insert new part and and reconnect wire harnesses to correct slot that u removed them from screw back down and ur all set no big deal. dont ask samsung or a repair man they'll just screw u over and throw u around about ten differetn loops. not gettn a straight answer other then bring it n and charge u about $600 to fix. i see alot of people have this problem so there u go simple fix guaranteed. u r welcome.

Samsung lcd tv ltm1755b won't turn on (power light stays red)
Problem: Samsung LTM1755B with only a blinking yellow LED when you try to turn it
on.
Solution: I just had one of these come in. I opened it up, and found
the U501 capacitor a little suspicious looking, in that it had a
deformed top. It was a 470uF 16V electrolytic 105degC 10mm x 12mm. I
replaced it with a very good quality 1000uF 16V electrolytic 105degC
10mm x 16mm Nichicon UHN1C102MPD. After that repair, when I tried to
turn it on, the LED was yellow for a second, then green, then I got a
picture, and it appeared to work great. I then asked the owner a week
later how it was working, and they said it was working just like new!

Samsung LE40R71B flickering problem
appears other people are having the same issue with Samsung TV's.
Try calling Samsung or wherever you bought it from.
I've been dealing with Samsung on this issue.
We got a 40" LCD in October 2010 and it started flickering January 2012.
Changing it from 'standard' to 'movie' helped (natural and dynamic flicker)
Then it started flickering in 'movie.'
I called Samsung and told them this issue is all over the internet. They agreed to pay for repair, parts and labor, even though it's out of warranty.
The guy just left and this is what I know. He said that in the 46" and larger, the issue is a jumper. In the 40" and, I think, smaller, it's the panel. He's ordering the panel and will be back to replace it when it comes in from the warehouse in CA.
Try calling Samsung and good luck!
