Sir i have a problem my rich 7650 give 601 code i change mane board but position same

Make sure you have the latest firmware and reseat the exposure lamp and board connectors for starters

hi. how are you mam/sir. sir my problem is that they said what is my favourte uncle mane but now i forget that my uncle mane because i got six uncles and i do not know that time for which uncle i wrote it his mane. please solve my problem. because i have a some very important emails that i have to must see them and compliance on them. thanks

SC 601 = SCP board PWB J malfunction or scanner motor malfunction.Scanner motor located in rear parts right side and the PWB J panel in the right side of copier.Try open and closed the front door,push the trouble reset switch,if the error code persisit change the scanner motor or PWBJ.Move the scanner manually,turn ON the power switch,if the scanner exposure lamp move,working the scanner motor is OK.Check the scanner home position sensor.
