Found some information here:

Try the following

press the yellow “C” button
enter 107
press the red “C” button and keep it hold till the display changes
turn the power off with the big red switch on the front side
turn power on again.

OR

Press and hold online + escape, then power on.
Use up and down arrow keys to select SP2
Press Enter
Use up and down arror to locate SP5
Press Enter
Use up and down arrow keys to select 810
Press Enter
Confirm the selection
Power off and on.

how many copies on the drum unit? if it is over 45,000 it will need replacing.

Aficio MP161 Toner bottle doesn't turn to add toner.

How many copies on that machine? The photoconductor unit on that model only goes 45,000 copies. If the machine wont tone up and the pcu is old i would replace it and calibrate to see if the problem goes away. The pcu is cheap for that model. Start there would be my advice.

main motor can turn that is why getting code. can be from photo conductor, to fuser or gear broke in back of copier. Will need tech for this one.

if you are talking the origanal in the DF check for staples or ppr clips inside the DF, or if it is jaming the copies try fresh ppr clean the rollers.

We have message to Replace Photocondutor. Is that toner? If not, s it self-install or do we call for Tech?

Most photoconductor assemblies are what they call "CRUs". That means that they are Customer Replaceable Units.

Check with the Ricoh web site "Support" to verify the installation process and order the part.
