I cannot pair with passcode 0000 anyone help?

Usually the code is something simple like 0000, 5555, or 1234. Another way is to check your phone's manual, or google your phone name + bluetooth code.

this is most likely one of the following (they are the phone's fault, not the earpeice.) 1111 0000 or 9999 i would try 9999 first, then 0000.

It doesn't matter what the code is, as long as you enter the same number at both ends

is it your phone or your tomtom asking for passcode if it is your phone the passcode is 0000

Try typing in 0000 four zeros that should be the default passcode unless someone has changed it

All bluetooth have a default passcode of 0000

I HAVE LOST MY Bluetooth H500 Manual, can you assist with passcode.

Attn!!! Purple light wont stay on long enough to pair.

DO THIS:press hook button until light remains on solid (mic folded in)fold mic out while light is still solid then pair.

CupidsEnemy - passcode 0000 try that...it will work

Guest - just connect and when ask for passcode type 0000

Pair Your Headset
Before using, you must pair your headset.
1. Turn phone on.
2. With Headset off, push Talk/Volume up button for 10 seconds. Blue LED will flash rapidly.
3. Follow pairing instructions in phone-setup or connect menu. Your phone should find “Logitech
HS04VXX”Headset and prompt you for a passkey pin.
4. Enter “0000”.
5. Press OK on phone.
6. From Headset device list press “Logitech HS04VXX” Headset.
7. Select connect.
When your Headset is successfully paired, the blue LED will flash slowly.
