Pls help me i have an epson stylus c45 printer and i tried to print a document,and it print nothing,it print blank.could somebody help me pleas.thank you

You have done most of the required DIY but I feel that two more things can be tried out. First of all you can reinstall after removing the sofware from your PC. there after connect the C45 and try to see if the fault changes. If not we have to suspect the head and since you had tried the maintenance and head cleaning which is inbuild in this model . You will have to think of the cost of an head assembly to the cost of a new model of epson. If not try to use it printiing all your documents till the ink runs out and decide. Hope my advice helps. this is usually caused by clogged print heads, unfortunately epson is still one of few brands that still manufactures most of their printers with the heads built into the machine and thus upon print head clogging the printer must be taken in to be serviced or buy a new printer that does not have the print heads built in but rather built into the ink cartridges. hope this helps.

pls. remove the plastic seal from cartridge.

common issue, the printer will still shoot blanks even if you try another ink or do several head cleanings.

i got a lot of them with that problem, but since epson prints beautiful photos, i don't mind exchanges or getting a new one.

epson.com, actually you can print using black ink only, but you have to reset the color ink for it to register as full. :) or you can freeze the ink counter using the ssc service utility before the other ink rans out. :)

The most help I can offer is a link to a utility program designed to reset most (if not all) parameters of a variety of Epson printer models. You need to determine if said utility program will work with your particular model. This utility is SSC Service Utility for Epson Stylus Printers and may be downloaded from here. Could be the jts are clogged in which you will need to do deep cleaning routine You will need to down load the ssc untiliy for for this - www.ssc.lg.com for this. or devise the cleaner syringe- see the picture.

You will then be brought to the main page of your printer. Then, click on the "interactive help program" link under the Troubleshooting Guide section. Through this, you will be able to find an article describing what all the indicator lights mean and how to possibly resolve the issues.
